21 day Chaparral Cleanse
Put 1 tsp. Chaparral in a cup add 1 cup very warm but not boiling pure water. Cover and
let stand over night, strain out chaparral and drink the remaining liquid on empty stomach
first thing in the morning. DO NOT throw the chaparral away. Immediately place back in cup
and cover with very warm water and leave it until the next morning, again strain and drink
on an empty stomach. On day 3 follow instructions as for day 2 but after the 3rd day throw
away the herb and start with fresh that evening. Follow this for 21 days.
